Problem: Sellers ran fast livestream sales from lagging spreadsheets. They oversold mid-stream, handled cancellations by hand, and had no record of what each session actually sold.
Solution: A platform where stock updates itself. TikTok Shop webhooks cut inventory the moment an order lands, returns and cancellations included. Livestreamers see live counts during streams. Managers get audit trails, per-session reports, QR scanning and printable labels.
Problem: Raw-material orders came in handwritten, in a mix of Chinese and English, and someone retyped them for procurement. Slow, and the typos cost real money in wrong deliveries.
Solution: Staff photograph the order. The system reads both languages, staff review on screen, and procurement gets clean structured data. Everything is processed locally, so no order data leaves the business.
Problem: Customer contacts scattered across phones, no attendance history, and follow-ups sent one by one, manually, on WhatsApp.
Solution: A CRM that tracks contacts and event attendance, then runs targeted WhatsApp campaigns. Segment by who attended what, and let the follow-up sequences send themselves.
Problem: A business needed AI to read and extract customer documents, but could not send that data to cloud AI services.
Solution: OCR extraction, fuzzy product matching, and AI-assisted recognition and translation, all running locally on the client's own machines. No external AI services involved at any point.
